Thanksgiving in Sayulita

For our Thanksgiving we went to Sayulita for 8 days of relaxation, beach, sun and warm water!! Maddie woudn't get out of the water. The entire time she'd just run right into the water, with no fear, just trying to dive right in. Every day we'd venture out to La Launcha, Dinosaurs or stay in town at Sayulita. She played with the local kids & loved to run around the town center. It was such an amazing trip. It was hard to every find Maddie without a big smile or laugh on her face. Halloween Time!!

Maddie had an amazing Halloween. The weekend was full of fun events. We went carved pumpkins on Friday, went to the Zoo on Saturday & Beach on Sunday.

The day after Halloween we spent the day at the beach. Love fall beach days!! What an amazing weekend!!

Maddie & Brian: Eskimo Kisses at Seaside....

She was a fairy princess! We took her to the pumpkin patch by the Del Mar race track 3 times:) She just LOVED it!! They had a petting zoo, a jump house, a train & rides.....it was heaven for her!! For Halloween, we went to Ashlee's house and did her first real trick or treating:) She loved being dressed up and loved playing with her best friends...

Maddie the Goof!!

Maddie is a total goof! She just started putting her head upside down to play with us. She's walking like crazy now! Nonstop! We've been spending our weekends & nights at the beach and just went to Balboa Park w/Brian and the SD Zoo with Ash & Fisher and Julie & Presley.

Beach Days

Maddie is just a crazy beach girl! Brian took her out at Stone Steps over the weekend on his surfboard & she' was just laughing every time she'd ride over the wave! By next summer....I can't even imagine! Lovin the summer! She's also walking!! First real day of walking was August 29th after hanging out with Elle all day at Stone Steps...trying to keep up. First time she's really walked all the way around our house..not just a few steps. Fun weekend:) Check out the video clip:

Maddie's Taking Her First Steps

Just this week Maddie started taking her first steps!! She's taking 2-4 steps then falling! Her very first few steps were to Fisher on Monday night over taco dinner. The next time was at my parents house walking to Sarah.. Now it's daily but still unbelievable!! We'll be sending a video once I get my camera back from Brian:)

Maddie's Summer Beach Days

We've been having a blast at the beach with our family & friends. Maddie loves the water & is constantly crawling straight for the waves! Her & Fisher got washed up last weekend by a big wave:) Luckily Ash & I were there to catch them! They both did a little body surfing though!  We dig her a big pool at the beach and she loves to crawl in & out of it! Def a beach girl! Enjoy the pics & the video clip!

Maddie loves crawling up the stairs & walking everywhere (as long as she's holding on to your hands) She's also talking up a storm now saying ball, bubbles, apple and just today grandpa (more like g-pa) She's def a character:)

4th of July Weekend - Lake, Baywood Park & SLO

It was a crazy weekend for Maddie but she LOVED it!! We got up to SLO on Thursday night & Friday had an amazing day in San Luis. We met up with Jonna, Mark, Diane, Jensen & Chase and went to our favorite Firestone:) We hung out in SLO for awhile then headed back to the Weitzen's amazing home in Baywood Park that literally sits over the bay. We took Maddie around the bay, fed the birds & she loved all the huge pine trees! On the 4th we went with Jonna & Sean to their new lake house & went on the boat all morning until early afternoon. Maddie loved it when the boat went fast & when we were wake boarding! Also, Maddie just loves walking now! All the sudden, she wants to walk everywhere. We've got some great clips of it!
